Cancellation/Refund Policy

Thank you for showing interest with Smart Programming. We need to ensure that our clients/users have a remunerating experience while they are finding data, surveying, and buying our instructional classes, regardless of whether it might be for online or industrial training classes.

As with any online purchase experience, below are some of the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on the Smart Programming website you agree to our Privacy Policy & Terms of use policy and the points below.

Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training
1. Smart Programming, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of lacking enrollments, trainer illness or force majeure occasions (like political instability, floods, earthquakes and so forth.)

2. On the off chance that Smart Programming drops an occasion, 100% refund will be paid to the representative.

3. If a cancellation is done by a delegate 3 days or more, prior to the event, 10% of total paid fee will be deducted and the rest of the sum will be refunded back to the representative.

4. If a cancellation is done by a delegate 3 days or less, preceding the occasion, no refund will be made.


Cancellation & Refunds: Online Courses or Online Training

1. The refund request will not be accepted if you have attended more than 1 day’s online session or you have access course material from the learning portal.
Note: All refunds will be handled within 20 working days after the refund request.

2. No refund will be given on 40% or more discounted courses.

3. If the delegate doesn’t attend class or course on the given schedule then no refund will be provided.

4. In the case of refund, taxes amount will not be refunded.


Note – Every dispute, difference ,or question which may at any time arise between the parties hereto or any person claiming under them, touching or arising out of or in respect of this agreement or the subject matter thereof shall be referred to sole Arbitrator by the first party , the award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The Venue of Arbitration will be Jaipur ( Rajasthan ) . All and any disputes shall be subject to the Jurisdiction of Courts of Jaipur ( Rajasthan) , India
